At Signarama we take training and support very seriously, with a dedicated 5-week training programme. Upon completion of this programme, you will leave with the knowledge and support system required to get your business going.
To set you up for success, the following steps are to be completed, as part of our 5-week training programme, before you can become a Signarama franchisee:
2 WEEKS THEORETICAL TRAINING
The first 2 weeks of training will be completed at the Signarama Franchise Offices in Lonehill, Gauteng. For your convenience, we will provide travel, accommodation and 2 meals per day.
Next, you will receive mentor training. During this week you will get to apply your newly gained knowledge alongside an established franchisee in their store.
The two weeks of technical and marketing training aim to help you with setting up your store to ensure that you are fully operational.
TRAINING AND SUPPORT
As you build your empire, we will continue to provide you with the necessary support and training required as your business grows.

We have regional support offices around the world to provide local assistance right in your area. Your local representative will visit your store to provide coaching and mentoring as well as financial performance reviews and evaluations to ensure that you are on the right track.
As a Signarama franchisee you’ll have access to our proprietary online resource centre, providing advice, valuable downloads, and allowing for interaction with fellow franchisees. In addition, we’ll give you a direct line to technology advisors and we will reach out to you by phone on a regular basis to make sure all your needs are met.
We arrange and host regular franchise meetings to discuss the latest news and information in the industry from our franchise offices in Lonehill, Gauteng. These meetings offer a great way to engage and learn from fellow franchisees who have gained experience and knowledge of the industry.
Signarama is the only brand in the industry that has its own Research and Development Department. The R&D function is concerned with developing new processes or improving existing processes.
