TRAINING

We make sure you get off to the right start with all the tools you need to succeed. At Signarama we take training and support very seriously, with a dedicated 5 week training programme, you will leave with the knowledge and support system to get your business going.

2 WEEKS THEORETICAL TRAINING

The first 2 weeks of training will be completed at the Signarama Franchise Offices in Lonehill, Gauteng. We will provide travel, accommodation and 2 meals per day.

1 WEEK MENTOR TRAINING

Apply your newly gained knowledge alongside an established franchisee in their store.

2 WEEKS IN-STORE TRAINING

Two weeks of technical and marketing training to setup your store and ensure you are fully operational.

ONGOING TRAINING AND SUPPORT

As you build your empire we will continue to provide you with the necessary support and training as your business grows.

REGULAR STORE VISITS

We have regional support offices around the world to provide local assistance right in your area. Your local representative will visit your store to provide coaching and mentoring as wel as financial performance & reviews.

ONLINE SUPPORT

As a Signarama franchisee you’ll have access to our proprietary online resource centre, giving advice, valuable downloads, and interaction with fellow franchisees. In addition, we’ll give you a direct-line to technology advisors and we will reach out to you by phone on a regular basis to make sure all your needs are met.

FRANCHISE MEETINGS

We provide and organise regular franchise meetings to discuss the latest news and information in the industry from our franchise offices in Lonehill, Gauteng. This is a great way to engage and learn from fellow franchisees who have gained experience and knowledge of the industry.

R&D DEPARTMENT

Signarama is the only in the industry which has a  Research and Development Department.  The function is concerned with developing new processes or improving existing processes. R&D activities are closely coordinated with the organisation’s marketing activities to ensure that the organisation is providing exactly what its customers want in the most efficient, effective and economical way.
